This is NOT power metal, woman. You have lied to me. I'm not sure if your guitar is all synthetic or if you just put a shitload of flange on it, but either way the power metal style would NEVER use a tone like that. What you SHOULD have done is used 2 different guitar tracks, both with a clean toned distortion and fairly heavy crunch, used the lead to do your main tune and power chord wanked with the backup, occasionally breaking that to harmonize with the lead . Also the drum track sounds more punk than metal, let alone power metal, which usually fucking blasts the bass drum. I will give it 3 stars because it wasn't awful.

Starts and ends great, my only quip is that it turns into "generic newgrounds techno song" in the middle

Not too different from the original, but adds enough to be unique. Dedede's theme is awesome.
